The Client
Peak Beverage is Colorado's premier full-service beverage catering company & liquor store, serving the Boulder and Metro-Denver area for private parties, corporate gatherings, weddings, and special events. They have now opened a liquor store in Denver as well as expanded their service area to Austin, Texas.
The Challenge
As a growing company serving over 100 large-scale events in a weekend, Peak Beverage has a lot of details to keep track of — from contracts and supplies to venue requirements and employees. After outgrowing spreadsheets, Peak started using off-the-shelf food catering software. But they still had to move data from one application to another, manually maintain event folders full of notes, and stay in compliance with state regulations.
Peak originally approached Neon Rain to replicate their current systems and combine the functionality into one application. But then they realized Neon Rain could design a bespoke system that worked exactly for their business, giving them an edge over the competition.
The Solution
After examining all of Peak’s use cases and brainstorming ideas for unique functionality, Neon Rain built an all-in-one solution to help the team manage events from start to finish.
The new platform allows customers to request quotes, create logins, complete contracts, and make payment installments completely online.
It also tracks all of Peak’s essential data — the liquor and glassware required for each bar package, the rules and requirements for each venue, and the roles and certifications of each employee.

With a custom management platform behind them, Peak has been able to reach maximum efficiency, staff more events, and ensure compliance with liquor laws. As a result, they’ve already expanded from Colorado to Texas and plan on continuing to grow nationwide.
