Isotec Security replaced their dated site and manual processes with a fresh design
and a scalable learning management system (LMS) that runs itself.
The Client
Isotec specializes in Safety Entrances® that detect, isolate, and prevent identifiable threats from entering facilities. Their access control solutions are trusted by banks, schools, police stations, and US and international government sites.
The Challenge
As a high security company bidding on government contracts and working in the private sector, Isotec knew they needed a clearer website that created a sense of trust. But they also wanted a more effective way to train and certify the technicians using their security systems. Because their current process — using 3rd party flash videos for training, manually activating users, manually changing statuses based on emails, and manually keeping track of certificate expiration dates — was not scalable, prone to breakage, and extremely time intensive.
The Solution
First, Neon Rain came up with a modern design and website layout. Featuring custom animations, videos and case studies, the new site not only adds a level of professionalism but sets Isotec apart, so that their online presence no longer hinders the sales process.Â
Â
Next, Neon Rain integrated the learning management system LearnDash directly into the WordPress site, so that techs can register, pay, take tests, and get certified all in one place.Â
Â
This new LMS allows the Isotech team to easily build out new programs and gives them extensive features such as a drag & drop course builder, advanced quizzing with multiple question types, drip-fed dynamic content, prerequisites, notifications, performance-based certificates, and reporting.Â
Â
Since launching the new site, Isotech has been able to engage the banking industry to close more clients. And with a robust LMS built with best practices for both now and the future, Isotec can continue to create professional courses and scale them, without any additional human effort.Â

Platform highlights:
